Malioboro

Yogyakarta,we often called with Yogya,Yogyakarta or Jogjakarta and many more calls for this city. Yogyakarta is a province in indonesia located in the southern part of the island of java and bordering on the province of central java to the north. Name jogjakarta taken from two words, namely ayogya or "' ayodhya"' which means ' peace' ( or without war, yogya refer to yodya or by yudha, which means ' war ' ), and karta which means ' good '.

In Yogyarta any place called Malioboro, Malioboro is very famous, till people said “If you have not to go malioboro same you hadn' t go to yogya”. In fact Malioboro is named of street in there. Malioboro is very crowded, busy and noisy at night because in there many vendors and That almost thousands of people walking fulfill malioboro extending from the north to the south. In Sanskrit language, malioboro means the way a wreath of flowers because in former times when keraton hold the event, a path along 1 km this will be met a wreath of flowers. Although time has rolling and the has changed, the position of malioboro as a principal thoroughfare place held various sugarcanes and celebration has not changed. There is also a Bakpia (small typical food of Yogyakarta) near the malioboro area when want to bring gift shop did it but better pedicab, if walk that is too far and just throw the power & time. Malioboro Street at night being the most populated places in yogya due to its place on the list to visit and hang out, where can I get a very pleasant atmosphere.
